old codes - lots of drama

<p>Why on earth do you only accept the code for naltrexone in powder form, but not the one in capsule form??? It’s the same thing, the only difference is the level of effort it takes for me to get it. I thus cannot get the capsules from my pharmacy, I have to order the powder directly from the supplier, pay for it myself and then claim it back from you????? This is also not how it was explained to me when I phoned, your consultant just said the pharmacy used the wrong code, only when the pharmacy themselves phoned, it was explained properly. <br /> I pay you a lot of money on a monthly basis, and I am definitely not getting the service that reflects that, It ALWAYS has to be a mission</p>
