Not Owing

Last year June I reversed payments for my medical aid not recognising the initials used by the merchant. I however realised that this debit order was from my medical aid, I subsequently paid the amount. The next debit order for July was rejected however I paid physically . Then for August Medshield deducted an amount for 2 month. I followed up on this and gave them all my proof of payments as well with my bank statement. I contacted an agent from MEDSHIELD I told them that I was double charged and explained that I have paid them accordingly, despite the confusion I also calculated all the money with my bank that I was up to date but MEDSHIELD did not refund amount deducted because it was more.... This week I was called again by an agent saying I still owe for the month of June!?!?! I have all evidence of all the things I've said.. the credit controller says what ever I say doesn't matter despite the proof of payments!!! I must pay!! IMAGINE. I used my benefits in November without any of the above issues being raised. In January double debit was about to go off AGAIN!!!
