NON PAYMENT PBM
MEDSHIELD DIDNT PAY VIRAL LOAD AND CD4 COUNT, WOW WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING MEDICAL AID AND REGISTERED UNDER PMB YET YOU DONT HAVE COVER. LIFE SENSE TOLD ME THAT MEDSHIELD NO LONGER PAY FOR THOSE BENEFITS. YAH NEH MEDSHIELD WOW YIU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME, I WEAK IF MY CHRONIC IS NOT COVERED WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING THIS MEDICAL AID?? BECAUSE I TOOK TO AVOID LONG QUES AT PUBLIC HOSPITAL AND TAKING DAY OFF EVERYMONTH.
