Non payment of claims

I am beyond frustrated with this Medical aid. They approved a hospital procedure promising to pay. They only paid some of the money and now for the doctor performing the operation and left out a huge amount of money which I am expected to pay. I had to have a few procedures done by different doctors(experts in the different fields) they won't pay the full amount for any of the procedures. Sometimes I wonder what I am paying for. It is the worst medical aid when it comes to payment of claims and medication. They do everything in their power to avoid payment. They are the worst. Ok have to fight with them fist in order for them to pay for anything except GP visits.
