Non payment by Medshield

I was hospitalized last year in November 2018 at st Augustine's hospital . Medshield didn't pay the hospital certain amount. When I asked why didn't they pay. They told me that the hospital people apparently claimed from the wrong department and my question was why didn't they then forward it to right department and they told me that they were attending to my matter but up until today they have not paid the hospital nor inform me of their conclusion now my account has been handed over to the lawyers because of the non payment by Medshield.
