No service. Pathetic.

A near death experience and being hospitalized for nearly 6 weeks, lots of in house procedures conducted which I was not aware of and now 9 months later I am still being harassed by attorneys for an amount of R182? Why is my medical aid not doing their job. I have had to deal with ambulance records in order for the account to be paid too, this meant having to go in and request statements which is not my job. I pay my premiums, kindly settle all outstanding issues including paying me for a claim submitted recently and payment has not come through for a cash payment????? Pathetic, useless app and no service. Should legal action be taken against me due to your my *********** staff I shall continue to review this company in a very bad light.
