No reply to enquiry

After shopping around for medical aid , I decided to try out medshield , in order for me to join they said I must sms medshield to 33023 . I have been doing that for the past couple of days and I am not getting any response . If this is the way they treat their potential clients my gut feeling tells me to look somewhere else before I get myself into trouble.
