No human consideration

I am having very very bad experiences with medshield i have been a member for years and years unfortunately I suffer from crones dieses which medshield is aware of the past few years has been very very bad for me many opperations last year my doctors recommended I go onto biologics and that might help.me with the constant inflammation in my stomach however medshield didn't approve it Regardless of me taking soooo many meds and the biologics can change my way of living they said they will however pay for a cheaper one and my doctors submitted all.the documents needed again they declined when I called medshiled I was put threw mediscore and the lady Linda was very very rude she said I dont qualify for biologics I have had transverse colon surgery I have had many scops this illness has taken over my life yet mediscore and medshield can't help me improve my life quality I don't think this is fair and I need answers as to why I can't have a better quality of life and cut down.on the 10 tablets a day to non with this new medication plz medshield as our money is important to u plz make.our life as important
