No hospital that are on the network list near me

I am supposed to give birth in December and I only found out that all hospitals near me are not on my medical aid plan network list. I called Medshield they said they can only pay 75% of my claim which means I have to pay Co payment of 25% before I give birth. I tried to explain to them to waiver the co payment since this is treated as a emergency but no one is willing to assist me.
