no benefits for emergency

How can everythig you do come out of savings. I was takien to emergency at linksfield clinic on the 14th of July in excruciating pain due to pneumonia/pleurasy and broken rib and medshield has covered nothing. Surey there should be different benefits for emergency/casuality. My saving are used up long ago. Every year we pay more an get less. Medshield is really one of the worst medica aids. My problem is that I cannot change without paying huge penalties. Its a ******* and a disgrace.
