New membership

Hi there Medshield i was a member *** and had financial difficulties i am now ok and want to rejoin the scheme because you are the best now when i apply there is an outstanding balance of R2736 i cannot pay double is there a way to help me to apply for membership and then a payment arrangement for the outstanding amount with the new membership i need to get medical aid sorted and want to start the 1st of March.
