I submitted my application form to join med shield on the 18th of Feb. I death with a lady by the name of Sibongile. I have followed up with her daily since my submission requesting a membership no. to ensure that I am covered from from the 1st of March. My old med aid terminates today. Their contact centre is closed today, cannot get hold of anyone. <br> <br> I need urgent feedback please. <br> <br>
