MY DAUGHTER STILL NOT COVERED

My daughter had to be born within the medical aid. I was told to “Just forward the Birth Certificate” the process is way too long. I mean signing Amendments is understandable, but A WHOLE WEEK LATER MY DAUGHTER IS NOT COVERED. You could simply just PUT HER ON and then Admin things would be covered once we know my newborn is secure.

If anything was to happen to my daughter and seek medical care who should we blame?? What unprofessionalism is this?
