I would like to complain about Medshield mediphila on the 14th February I was admitted at clinix botshelong private the thing surprises me I was in I.C.U as I was suffering from hypoglycemia then after three days I received the call while I was in I.C.U telling me that they can't authorize my admission without my g.p practice and am so surprised becouse the last time I was admitted they had authorized everything without the g.p practice number so right now am confused and upset at the same time that why they didn't ask for my g.p practice number before I was admitted
