most useless medical aid

Talking to different people all the time and then they promise you they will call you back and never do It. When you confront them they dont know what you talking about. I even have the contact nr of specific extention but always goes on voicemail. Now that you need them they are not prepare to help you but your money is good enough. They rather chase you to another medidical aid than keep you as a client
