Most horrible Medical Aid
The most horrible service! So unprofessional and they really do not care about clients including the team leaders and managers! I was admitted beginning of December 2024 and I’ve since been fighting for authorisation. You fight for your life in hospital then fight with medical aid? I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone!!! The agents and team leaders say different things and request for different things and once you provide that, they are still not satisfied. They lie and say they have sent certain forms to your doctors only to find that they haven’t and then eventually decline your authorisation without any valid reason, saying you did not disclose without any evidence!!!
This is such a ****! No peace of mind whatsoever! I was better off without medical aid
