Money *****ing medical aid, doesn't take responsibility for anything

Can you explain how you can morally take money from people every month, and a lot of money at that, and then your outsourced dental department DENIS refuses to pay for anything. From "making mistakes" with submission of claims to trying to confuse us and the dentist involved as nothing the dentist provides you with is satisfactory. They are making us spend more unnecessary money to do what? The dentist knows what treatment to give and has given a detailed plan, but you keep sending it back asking for it in a different way. Medshield I blame you too as you are happy to take our money every month but its easy for you as you just refer us back to Denis as you outsourced this department to them. So you dont have to take responsibility for the issues but you get to take our money? How does this work????????
