MISCOMMUNICATION
REGARDING THE ORTHODONTIC TREATMNENT FOR DEPENDENT 01 I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WAHT WAS THE TOTAL SHORTFALL IN THE QUOTATION THAT THE MEDICAL AID RECIEVED THE AMOUNT THAT THE PATIENT IS LIABLE EVERY TIME I CALL IN I AM TRANSFERED AS USUAL FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER. AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER WANTS US PAY MORE MONEY THAN I EXPECTED AS THEY HAVE BEEN CLAIMING AND REVERSING CONSTANLY
PLEASE ASSIST...

With reference to the Hello Peter Complaint dated 10/04/2018
With reference to the Orthodontic treatment for Suwaibah Bhamjee (dependent 02) kindly be advised as follow:
The requested amount for initial fee tariff code 8875 was R 2244.00 ,the approval amount R 2244.00
The requested amount for monthly fee tariff code 8890 X 12 was R 8,976.00 ( R748.00 monthly) ,the approval amount is R 8743.56 ( R 728.63 Monthly ).
It should be noted that the claims will be processed and payable as per benefits available by the time of recites of the account .
