Membership terminated for the mistake caused by agents

Medshield is using Optivest with poor communication skills and if they ill advised you at the end you end up taking the blame and your membership getting cancelled. They told me to disclose only incidences that Halley in the last twelve months and I disclose hypertension and my membership was cancelled after I was paying for 12 months. Very unfair and their staff who ill advised get away with it.
