Membership Certificate

I used to be a member of MEDSHIELD for 15 years whilst I was working. I have retired on January, so I changed the medical aid. So when I wrote to MEDSHIELD to ask for a membership certificate they told me that they don’t recognise my email address. I explained that I was using my previous employer email address, so since I am no longer with CCMA I use my personal email address. I have requested the membership certificate in March 2025 so that I can join a new one. My membership is ***. I only need the membership certificate so that I can be covered to my new medical aid.
