MedShield’s *****ulent behavior

Following the complaints that I communicated across here and to MedShield about a week or 2 ago, MedShield has since avoided solving my issue. I was sick and they were only willing to pay R18, from prescription meds that amounted to about R500. Medshield has gotten about 2 people from their organization to call me & they both told me that they’ve escalated the issue. The issue was not resolved at all.

Last week, early in the week I resorted to sending Medshield Medical Scheme 2 emails,informing them that I cancel my membership following their unwillingness or inability to resolve the issue. All they want is my money. They never responded up until end of the week and they sent a letter of termination of membership to me and they were made things in their terms so that they continue deducting money forcefully in my bank account. As we speak, they sent messages telling me that they’ll deduct money from me tomorrow, 25 March and 25 April which I feel is very wrong and ********. I have reported this to my banker and I will open a case against Medshield this week for this ******** and greedy behavior on their side. MedShield’s greed is disturbing to say the least. Hello Peter, kindly assist me with resolving this issue. They cannot continue deducting money from my bank account yet they’re unwilling to pay for simple flu medication and all. This behavior is unacceptable and I won’t let them get away with it. Please assist. MedShield cannot continue mistreating their members like this.
