Medshield’s claims process is TERRIBLE

Once again, Medshield has proved to be one of the worst medical aids out there. Claims are not processed correctly, I’m waiting a MONTH for a refund from a claim that was messed up from them. Nobody gets back to me with feedback or an update. I had to take them further with the CMS just to have them cover my pregnancy. I am appalled by the service being provided. Give me my refunds or I will take this further with my lawyer!!
