Medshield/Medivalue Compact ***....7

I am a member of the above medical aide I'm covered alone n a pensioner too Im currently paying a premium of R2475.00 on a monthly basis unfortunately yesterday night I've got a disturbing email from the above that they have submitted their increased subscription ie R2715.00 to my bank to effect on the 02/01/25 I mean almost R300 rands increase per month worse without my approval! no no no I can't afford this increase n the government Grant too is below what I'm getting I even pay a co-payment of R116.00 rands monthly when I collect a glucophage 850 from the pharmacy where's their out of hospital spending money always getting finished either in March of in May just like this yr I've been paying for nothing since June till now n now the 300,% increase pls help or provide n alternative to join 😞😞🙏
