Medshield wrost Medical aid

I am on Mediphila plan on Medshield.I am supposed to give birth in February and I only found out that all hospitals near me are not on my medical aid plan network list. I called Medshield they said they can only pay 75% of my claim which means I have to pay Co payment of 25% before I give birth. I have received a poor service from this medical aid company and I called your medshield call centre and spoke to a very rude abrupt lady and i send emails no replies.
