Medshield, worst medical aid ever

the worst experience every, since day one, took out this Medical aid in March 2020, could only use it from June 2020, moved over from discovery. they put me on a 3 month waiting period because i was on anti depressants. ***, i have never in my life used or have been on anti depresents. luckily we went into lock down and did not need to use the medical aid. now this year when we really need to use it due to an operation that my wife needs, now they rejecting the claim. what are we paying for. you just take my money but we cant use the seervices. my wife is in pain all day every day, she cant eat, she cant sleep, yet the medical aid that is suppossed to look after us does not care. the Dr submitted the request then it got declined. the Dr sent motivation it got declined, medshield then said the Proceedure that needs to be done does not fall into the plan, however if the Dr follows the Normal proceedure then they will approve it. Dr resubmits request on recommended proceedure by medshield... guess what rejected. they say unlimited in hospital treatments but then i have a co payment. im cancelling this lame excuse of a medical aid. worthless useless bunch of *****ic **** for brains people that claim to want to help.
