MEDSHIELD WORST MEDICAL AID

Most Terrible medical aid EVER!!! All my claims are being rejected. I dont understand why. And when you phone customer care, they take so long to answer. Some of my emails are only rep**** to after 10 days. Totally ridiculous! I had to pay a doctor R900 cash and then claim it back. They reject it because I apparently did not have a referral. But I did. I really dont know what the point of this medical aid is. Pay a huge monthy fee. For WHAT I dont know!!!!!!!!
