Medshield worse offerings and even worse service & afterservice. Waste of our hard earn money.

We have upgraded to Medivalve Compact paying R5900 per month, however we not able to use it for over counter meds, dentistry etc. We've been trying to make contact with Medshield and find that not even their agents understand the various plans they have on offer. Could not even check to see what our benefits are online. We then tried Medshield whatsapp line and there we were informed that we still listed as Mediphilla the old plan from last year. We are not able to purchase over counter meds, neither dentistry and the doctors that are on their panel are the worst type. We are located in kuilsriver and the closest private hospital we allowed to go to is in Bellville
