Medshield where you receive the shabbiest service & huge incompetence!

I am truly disappointed with Medshield medical aid. My daughter had her wisdoms out. We got pre-authorisation for an in hospital procedure. They firstly rejected the claim saying we have previously claimed for this procedure. How ridiculous!!! Now they are rejecting it due to day to day funds being exhausted, despite the fact that this is in-hospital. Their service is shabby to say the least!!!!!! I do not recommend this medical aid to anyone!!!!
