Medshield - What has happened to you??? VERY POOR SERVICE

Not sure what has happened to Medshield they used to be so efficient, but in the last year things have taken a very bad turn. I have emailed continuously to sort out my accounts for my cataract operation of which things have been rejected which should in fact have been refunded to me. Accounts which have been paid by me get paid to the provider ... I give up. I have even written to the complaints department and have had absolutely no reply. It appears the staff have not been trained properly and therefore the uploading of the accounts is an absolute mess. I give up!!!!
