Medshield unprofessional reason for not paying
Medshield gave me approval for Ex-Gratia orthodontic treatment after a PMB orthognathic surgery for my son born with cleft lip and palate. After the treatment was completed they are now not paying the approved amount. They say the system are struggling to pay it, but it has been a month and still no payment.
