Medshield the worst

I used my daughter email address for medshield. My daughter put medshield last month on hello peter medshield phoned her and assured her everything is sorted. She changed her banking details. They suspended her account instead of changing it then after that they changed her banking details to mine. Now they suspended my account I must fill in a form after I phoned in and explained I’m not filling in a form I’m not going in to the bank to deposit the debt order because the mistake is not from my side. This have nothing to do with me. My banking details didn’t change and the money is in my account for my hospital plan. I was for 20 minutes on the phone with an agent waiting to speak to the manager to have this sorted is freaken pathetic!!!!!!
