Medshield the worse medical aid

I joined Medshield they promised to give us PMB coverage, and immediate cover for chronic meds, but when the acceptance letter came back, it says we don't have PMB coverage, we don't have access to immediate chronic meds until May 2025, they also gave me later joiner penalty fee. But I've been with Bonitas since 2020 May, I called Medshield countless times to ask about this matter, they told me that the reason for this understanding is that they liked to impose it, nothing else, I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed at Medshield, we started chronic meds last year, but now our chronic are exclusions at Medshield, I even try to lodge a complain with CMS, but I don't get help, I was 34 years when I joined Bonitas, I've never had a break, but Medshield is being unfair.
