Medshield - terrible customer service!

Very poor service. I have submitted claims 4 times and still did not receive my payments. Each time I get a e-mail with a query number that says I will get feedback in 5 days and then I get no respond. Absolutely useless service. Rude and uncooperative consultants over the phone.
