Medshield ***** money

App**** for medical aid and they gave me a late joiners penalty. I asked why do I have to pay a ljp as i am an active member of a medical for years. The reply i got was not very helpfull and i decided to cancell. On 1 November 2022 they deducted an amount of R4137.00 from my bank account. I got the bank to reverse this and contact Medshield. The communication with this company is a total disaster. One part of credit control said that the medical aid has been terminated as a non starter and the other part said that they have no request for termination. They informed me last week that they will deduct a double premium this month. I told them again that I am not a member but no help. I informed them that I will lay charges of theft andd ***** against them should they deduct any money from my account. They deduct R 8274.00 last night. I will now press charges at SAP. Be carefull. This is one of the worst companies to deal with.
