Medshield should review Netcare hospitals

Due to the fact that we have no choice other than Netcare hospitals which are the only hospitals Medshield endorses, I cannot give you a higher rating than the bad reviews of the Netcare N1 city hospital and the bad experience my mother had at Netcare N1 City. Unfortunately my Mom is traumatised after her bad experience at Netcare N1 city and three weeks down the lane I am still struggling to get an appointment with the hospital manager.
