Medshield ******** members

I joined the medical aid two years back never claimed except for the covid vaxx, now my spouse is pregnant, and we just cant find a gynocologist that takes medshield in their own network hospital. all the gynocologist in their network hospital in net care garden city mayfair do not take thier medical aid. i am left in a predecament of having a network approved hospital reservation for my spouse to deliver with no doctor or gynocologist to deliver the baby. i tried calling the call centre the lady says unfortunately the can not help me. i just wonder why i have the medical aid if it can do the minimum prescribed benefit for my spouse to deliver a baby with a doctor in thier own prescribed network hospital. i am literaly fuming and disgusted by medshield. i feel robed and ****med by medshield for having a hospital in their network without a gynocologist willing to take their medical aid. word of advice never take medshield, its a **** really
