Medshield Savings

Savings Accout. After my husband passed away I called to cancel the savings accout. There is about R30 000 in the account and it was promised to neen paid out in 4 months time. Then the promise was 5 months. I spoke to Chedon on 13 o June and to Themi on 15 July. I also made a few more calls. Please advise me on this. Greeting Cillie Nel
