Medshield robbing people from their health and money

Please explain to me why we should still pay you thousands every month for years yet when a operation is needed at the hospital you don't cover it and then I still have to pay over R20 000??? You are actually then useless it seems and the money you get every month you put in your pockets. You are supposed to be helping people, not *****ing from us. Hope this reaches enough people so that this ******* company can be investigated so that people can actually be helped and not get sick and be unable to get medical help
