MEDSHIELD refuses authorisation for life threatening Oncology Leukemia yreatment.

I have been registered on Medshield's Oncology program for two years. After 2 years I am now in need of Chemo Treatment for TPLL Leukemia. This needs Campath chemo treatment aa it is affecting my body and functioning as identified by tests and the Hematologist specialist. After 3 weeks of calling and emailing Medshield is not granting authorisation for treatment despite the clinical tests and evidence. Nobody rep**** or answers. The manager on duty dis not call me back as she promised on 9 November. Medshield does not provide clear reasons or communication. The automated telephone system in dysfunctional and one can not gain access to the Complaint Manager on duty. It has been 3 weeks and Medshield is refusing authorisation even though I have been registered on their oncolofy program dor rwo years. Johan Nel ***
