Medshield Refund
I was with medshield and when I left I had a credit on my account. I have tried calling them countless times to get the refund of the money the owe me and for that I have been taken from pillar to post and made promises that were not met.
It’s been 2 months and till this day my money has not been paid. I call literally on a daily and transferred to credit control and end up being on hold for over 30 minutes without anyone picking up my call. The service is ridiculous, why can’t they refund me my money? On the statement I received in March it shows the credit so why can’t they pay back that money?
Am really tired of their incompetence.
