MEDSHIELD - POOR CHOICES OF HOSPITALS

I am frustrated with Medshield, because despite the fact that WE pay them, THEY dictate which hospitals you are allowed. Accepted, but Medshield should actually do themselves the favor of investigating all Netcare hospitals to see how terrible they really are (especially Netcare N1 City Hospital). Unfortunately, because we don’t have much of a choice regarding hospitalization I can NOT give Medshield a higher rating.
