Medshield PMB **** eating day to day allowance

I have been with medshield for 4 years now. I recently got a PMB approval for mental health related issues. Tell me why medshield went and deducted a PMB approved condition from my day to day allowance making it impossible for me & my child to access health care for the rest of this year. Making it impossible for ME to actually have access to the medication that is related to this approved PMB condition because my day to day is depleted due to them using it for PMB which is against the law if I might add. Very disappointed in Medshield who I have trusted and recommended to many of my family and friends. Being diagnosed with a PMB condition does not warrant us having to pay for everything else out of hospital out of our own pockets. That is not what the law says.
