Medshield ****piest medical aid ever

Medshield is quick to take your premium every month but once it comes to paying for medical expenses they are quick to just say that treatment is not covered.

Explain this I had a DVT and had to het a sonar for diaganosis they refuse to pay the sonar but they are paying for the blood thinners warfarin i now need to take to prevent blood clots from forming again I also need to wear compression socks as prescribed by my dr also they refused to pay for the socks i had to pay for the copression sock myself. How does this work. MEDSHIELD may be the shi##iest medical aid I have ever had paying for nothing because if you have to claim for emergencies they just refuse to pay and say its not covered even though this was unforseen I cannot tell my body hey you cant form blood clots because my medical aid will not pay for it
