Medshield not Refunding Savings after Cancellation

Medshield must refund my savings portion after i cancelled my membership last year. I have provided Medshield with all relevant documentation as they requested, but the money has not been refunded because they claim their system is not updating. I have made many enquiries and they just stick to blaming it on the system. Query numbers: 150221QFP15L, 110221QFKDZW, 010221QDXK3M, 250121QDGNMH, 110121QBR8J3, I cancelled my membership in May of 2020 (9 months ago) and my savings amount is long overdue. This is absolute appalling service and i will lodge a complaint against Medshield with the Council for Medical Schemes.
