Medshield not helping in crisis times...

Phoned medshield today to make payment arrangements for the month ahead... other medical schemes are offering their member with saving plans, to use the savings to pay their monthly contributions in the time of Covid 19 pandemic... we have over R40 000 in our savings plan, and Medshield does not want us to use that to pay our monthly contributions... its OUR money, why can't it be used to pay our contributions at the end of the month? There is more that enough. We are not getting ANY income at the moment , and they refuse to help us out! ... If payment gets declined due to no funds in account, then we won't be covered if anything happens... this to me is not right!!!!
