Medshield not considerate of human life

Medshield Medical Aid is very poor in service and not considerate of its members' lives. Money is the scheme's priority. I am a member. My daughter who is my dependent on the scheme is on the list for a liver transplant. Her condition is serious. The doctors at the transplant hospital has requested authorization from Medshield so that if a need arise they may be ready but Medshield has denied us with authorization. They said the doctor should say whether the procedure will save life. What is that. Please help. My daughter needs help. Her condition is deteriorating. Dr Sewela Ramaboea
