Medshield Mom, Baby Bag, Terrible Communication
I am very disappointed and frustrated with Medshield. They are terrible with communication, but when a claim is going through, they're fast with their communication.
I have app**** for my Medshield Mom Baby bag, that the medical aid gives to expecting mothers, more than 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me for my details. This is not the first time I have struggled with communication with this medical aid.
It's actually quite pathetic.
