Medshield has a list of medical providers that you should use to keep costs in-line, but when you approach these providers (based on the Medshield list) the providers do not approve the Medshield medical aid you have paid for and thought was applicable for use. Thus I am paying for a service that can not provide me the service I was contracted to. Medshield is a ****, watch out.
