This is the worst experienceI have ever had to deal with in my adult years. My experience has been appalling since the day my Dr seeked admission for hospitalisation on Friday 04 Nov which they declined and it is only when I called them that they then approved and with that no one has been able to give me a reason nor apology as to why my admission was previously declined. I am now in hospital due for an operation today and yet again same issue , my Doctor requested for authorisation this morning and sent motivation as per their request but still no feedback from the scheme. It is only when I called to follow up that they are now going to work on the case stating that they only seeing my motivation now @ 14:50 which is something that was sent in the early morning and I AM told to call them back at 16:30pm to get a response. This is beyond appalling for someone hospitalised to go through.
