Medshield medical MOST PATHETIC MEDICAL AID

What a damn pathetic medical aid😡 I was a member for more than a year and the first time I ended up in hospital December they refused to pay. At first they told the hospital I'm not a member of them. (Oh if I wasn't a member why the did you deduct the premium every month 😡😡😡 from my account) It's now April and they only starting to pay some of the accounts. I received a account from Ampath for blood work done IN HOSPITAL WHILE I WAS ADMITTED FOR R14 0000 and that they also refuse to pay that. You guys are ***** and very unprofessional not knowing even who's your members 😡😡😡 and not paying the accounts that was done in hospital. I will take this further, promise you guys that. Also I will never RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. YOUR AN EXCUSE FOR A MEDICAL AID....
